We are looking for an Event Assistant / Planner to help us throw some amazing resident events inside luxury apartment communities!
About The Job:
Our ideal candidate has customer service, catering and/or hospitality experience, is a go-getter who is organized, professional, creative, customer service-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
This position will assist our Resident Events department with working on-site events and off-site operations necessary during the planning and pre-production stage of each event, which can include event and décor set-up and take-down, greeting and checking-in attendees, managing vendors, pouring beverages, serving as the point person for each event, Assisting Management with Event Operations and promoting the Elevated Living brand.
Job Requirements:
-Must have an SUV or a VERY spacious car to be able to fit all event equipment and supplies.
-Event can take place any day/time but majority are between 5 and 7 pm start time. Set up time can start from 2:00 on. Therefore daytime flexibility is important and weekend events also take place. Timing depends on event details.

• Do you have a car? SUV or spacious car needed to transport event equipment.
Are you able to lift up to 30lbs? Event bins, ******* boxes, and event equipment will need to unloaded at each event site. A wagon and dolly's are provided to help and some building have bell carts.
Do you have an updated phone with a good camera? Social media is important for company growth and each property manager expects event photos and videos to post after the event. Do you consider yourself content creative to get "instagram worthy" photos and videos for our marketing team to use to create post and reels.
• Do you have event planning experience? Do you consider yourself creative and have a good eye for design and décor set up. Event set up can be stressful. Do you consider your self good under pressure and able to maintain a professional attitude? Please tell us why you believe that you are the ideal candidate for this position?

Are you a committed person? Once you have been assigned and event it is very important there are no last minute cancellations or call outs. A lot goes into planning and scheduling and the show must go on!
