We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant in our dynamic marketing and advertising department. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training and the opportunity for rapid career advancement within our team.

The Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant is a valued team member who plays a critical role in our marketing efforts. This position begins with a comprehensive training program that covers essential aspects of marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will have the opportunity to advance to a team lead role in the marketing department, reporting directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Growth: Assist in the daily growth and development of assigned marketing campaigns to drive success
• Customer Acquisition: Support efforts for customer acquisition and retention to enhance brand loyalty
• Customer Management: Expertly manage the needs of external customers to ensure a positive experience
• Leadership Development: Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills through hands-on experience
• Sales Promotion: Drive sales through retail promotional campaigns and initiatives
• Brand Recognition: Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing activities
• Customer Interaction: Interact and communicate with customers to promote products and services
• Problem Solving: Problem-solve and make professional judgments to address challenges effectively

Requirements:
• Availability: Must be able to work full-time hours and some weekends for special events
• Independent & Team Player: Ability to excel in unsupervised solo assignments as well as collaborate on team projects
• Travel Willingness: Desire to travel at least 1-2 weeks a year for further training and development
• Communication Skills: Great communication skills to engage with diverse audiences
• Energetic Environment: Must thrive in an energetic, fast-paced work environment
• Educational Background: A 2 or 4-year college degree in a related field is preferred
• Self-Starter: A self-starter with a creative mindset and problem-solving abilities
