Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the event planning lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals, preferences, and expectations.
Event Planning and Coordination:
• Collaborate with clients to define event requirements, objectives, and budget parameters.
• Work closely with internal event planning teams to develop customized event proposals and presentations that align with client needs.
Proposal Development:
• Prepare detailed event proposals, including budget estimates, timelines, and service offerings.
• Present proposals to clients and negotiate terms to achieve mutual agreement and satisfaction.
Project Management:
• Manage all aspects of event projects from inception through to completion.
• Coordinate logistical details such as venue selection, catering arrangements, audiovisual setup, transportation, and accommodations.
Vendor and Supplier Management:
• Source and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure services meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Negotiate contracts, review proposals, and oversee vendor communications and deliverables.
On-Site Event Management:
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Address any issues or concerns that may arise and make real-time decisions to maintain event timelines and quality standards.
Communication and Reporting:
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries promptly.
• Prepare post-event reports and evaluations, analyzing event success metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in event management, client servicing, or related fields, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients and stakeholders.
• Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with event management software or CRM systems is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required by event schedules.

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
