Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Event Conceptualizer. The Event Conceptualizer will be responsible for planning and executing events, marketing events, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include developing event concepts, coordinating with clients and vendors, managing event logistics, promoting events through various channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Strong Event Planning and Event Marketing skills
• understanding of multidisciplinary experiences
• understanding of multidisciplinary content and technology
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• experience in event industry
• should be able to solve problems creatively, master in creative and experience communication
• should have great presentation skills
• should be well versed creative director with sense of art direction and copy for events business
• should have great experience in client servicing
• Proven pitching skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative team
• Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, designing, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
