Key Skills & Requirements:
• Experience: event conceptualization, experiential marketing, or brand activation.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of event design, branding, and audience engagement trends.
• Creativity & Innovation: Ability to craft unique, high-impact event ideas that align with brand strategies.
• Strategic Thinking: Expertise in aligning business objectives with creative storytelling.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing and mentoring a creative team.
• Collaboration: Strong ability to work with clients, designers, and event production teams.
• Tech & Design Proficiency: Knowledge of 3D rendering, graphic design tools, and digital event technologies is a plus.
