Event Content Operations Associate

We are looking for an Event Content Operations Associate to join the Research & Thought Leadership team within our Marketing division. In this role, the Event Content Operations Associate will play a crucial role in the support and development of content for our high-profile events. The Event Content Operations Associate will be instrumental in developing and maintaining best practices and the creation of engaging content that will deliver exceptional attendee experiences. This role requires a strong organizational skillset and keen eye for detail. This individual will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and event stakeholders to ensure that all content is engaging, aligned with event objectives, and delivered with specificized timelines.

Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate the evaluation process of internal and external presentation submissions for Thrive
• Support and act as the main POC throughout the content development process for presenters and SMEs
• Maintain and update the SharePoint site with pertinent details and documents for stakeholders
• Collaborate with the events team on the agenda and narrative for the website and attendee collateral
• Coordinate with key stakeholders on event content logistics to include but not limited to staffing, technical onsite requirements, developing Cvent appointment templates, coordination of final presentations to IT and events team, and oversight of surveys and polling requests for attendee engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams; creative services, event marketing, customer marketing, marketing operations, and integrated communications to support event objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Analyze post-event content performance utilizing both quantitative and qualitative measures
• Report post-mortem analysis on speaker series trainings after each event and capture
• Share surveys and post-event analysis with stakeholders

Typical Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience across content management, operations and events
• Strong experience with stakeholder engagement
• Analytical skillset and expertise
• Capability to work collaboratively across several departments including but not limited to; creative services, event marketing, customer marketing, marketing operations, and integrated communications to support event objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Strong organizational skillset
