Job Description: Are you a creative and driven individual with a passion for planning and coordinating events? A-Z Event Enterprise is seeking dynamic Event Coordinators to bring energy and excitement to our new event space in downtown Wapakoneta.
We are looking for go-getters who can create, organize, and execute a wide variety of events, from ******** birthday parties and bridal showers to large conferences, business retreats, and community gatherings. This is an opportunity to make your mark in the heart of the Wapak community, becoming the go-to name for event planning in the area.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, business retreats, conferences, and more.
• Work with clients to customize event experiences, ensuring every detail is perfect.
• Market and promote the event space to attract a diverse range of events.
• Coordinate logistics including catering, décor, entertainment, and staffing.
• Maintain strong relationships with local vendors and partners.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for each event.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box for event themes and ideas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
