As a Senior Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for discussing all aspects of the wedding with the bride and groom, guiding their decision-making process, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Discussing wedding details with clients and proposing suitable solutions
Preparing efficient budgets for weddings
Suggesting locations, decoration, photographers, caterers, and vendors
Maintaining relationships with clients and vendors
Identifying client needs and requirements
Staying up-to-date with innovative trends in the wedding industry
Achieving sales targets
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, design, or related field
5+ years of experience in wedding planning, execution, client handling, and sales
Strong understanding of various cultures and their wedding customs
Proven track record of successful wedding planning or event management projects
Customer obsession and excellent customer-service skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good problem-solving abilities in stressful situations
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
