Full Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Event Coordinator to join our growing team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing various online and offline events including weekly YouTube Lives, special sessions, quarterly bigger events with guest speakers, in-person events, and yearly Jyotish & Vastu conferences at our International Center in Bangalore.
What you’ll do:
Plan and execute various online and offline events, ensuring they are within budget, meet quality standards, and deliver an amazing customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure events run smoothly, including the production and distribution of promotional materials, event signage, and other collateral.
Collaborate with experts in the field, other service providers, the Bangalore Ashram, and other Ashrams etc to create new experiences for course participants.
Manage the yearly Jyotish & Vastu conference in Bangalore Ashram, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
Develop community-facing activations, including digital-events, contests, live streams, and live events to build lasting relationships and advocacy amongst our audience.
Manage event-related communications, such as invitations, RSVPs, and event follow-up communications.
Who you are:
Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role, with experience in both online and offline events.
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
Knowledge of event planning and management best practices.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during events.
