Position: Junior Event Coordinator
Location: Sadashivanagar, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time on-site office job
Salary: Expected to be approximately Rs 2.16 to Rs 3.36 lakhs per annum based on experience and skills
Job Description:
• Composing client emails and proposals
• Communicating effectively with clients and hotels in English
• Negotiating rates with hotels and venues
• Creating cost proposals using Excel
• Managing events remotely from the office or in person at various locations
• Capturing photos and videos at events for social media content
• Maintaining office and event expenditure accounts, client invoicing, and assisting the office accountant
