Responsibilities
Assist the Motorsports and Sports Marketing Manager with planning, organizing and implementing motorsports, sports and marketing-based drive events within North America
Within the Motorsports arena, this position will execute the PAG vision for an active transfer of technology from the race car to the road car with the GT-platform/LMDh cars
The Contractor will also activate event-marketing programs in conjunction with sponsors and OEM partners, and work more closely with the factory team to protect and strengthen the race car business
In addition, this role will manage event vehicle logistics for Motorsports fleet, other Motorsport Events (such as hospitality programs) and specific driving events
Manage the Motorsports activations including customer hospitality programs, dealership events, contract deliverables and vehicles provided
Seek creative and value-added approaches to integrate customer experiences at the track (for example: hot lap rides, hot pit tours, etc.)
Develop the racing presence in North America and strategic role that motorsports will play in the brand
Link with Marketing Communications and PR to develop, coordinate and implement national communications campaigns
Manage the use of exhibition materials and assets
Work with PMNA to leverage customer racing visibility
Work with brand partners and sponsors
Liaise with the field and dealer network to leverage motorsports communication and activation
Contribute to the enhanced integration between CRM, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, and Regionals Offices on all pertinent national driving programs and motorsport activities
Work with Events Agency and MarComm/Social Media to develop and integrate immerging technology into the events
Liaise with MarComm, CRM, Sales Ops and the Field to ensure a mix of qualified attendees (primarily prospects) at all events
Follow-up with Sales Ops for sales conversions data
Monitor KPI’s and deliverables
Work and communicate with field to determine markets and dealer participation
Coordinate with the PCA Club Manager and the PCA on Corral activations
Work with the Sports Marketing Coordinator on ad hoc Sports Marketing programs and event planning, when necessary, including site selection, event registrations, onsite staffing, and post-event reporting
Prepare and update marketing presentations
Vendor coordination, inquiry of estimates, review according to internal compliance processes
Manage procurement processes from beginning until the invoice processing and tracking, as well as assisting in monitoring of the respective budgets for each program
