About The Role

Reporting to Senior Event Manager you will be responsible for providing general administration and operational support to Senior Event Managers and Event Managers to execute exceptional global trade event experiences, including Australian Tourism Exchange, G’day Australia, Australia Next and Destination Australia.

The Industry Events team consists of five Senior Event Managers, five Event Managers and three Event Coordinators. The team is responsible for delivering approximately 30-40 events per year for Tourism Australia across a broad range of event types.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include

Delivering exceptional customer service to all delegates and stakeholders
Processing participant data including; registration, accommodation, travel, exhibitor information and all payments
Assisting the Industry Events Team in event logistics, registration, websites and digital content
Following up with the industry as required for information that is critical to their participation at the relevant event i.e. Logos, public liability insurance, payments
Updating the CRM database with industry contacts and providing access to register for a Tourism Australia event

You will happily work in our Sydney office and travel when required to deliver events at varying locations across Australia. Therefore, your willingness and ability to work onsite and interstate during events is a must and an exciting part of the role. 

About You
