About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator & Administrative Executive to manage event logistics, planning, and day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset to ensure seamless execution of company events and efficient office management.
Key Responsibilities:Event Coordination:
Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events, conferences, seminars, and meetings.
Liaise with vendors, venues, caterers, and other service providers to ensure timely deliverables.
Handle event logistics including guest management, invitations, registrations, and follow-ups.
Manage event budgets, vendor payments, and expense reports.
Oversee setup, branding, and on-ground coordination during events.
Support in preparing event-related materials such as brochures, presentations, and press kits.
Administrative Support:
Maintain office records, documentation, and correspondence efficiently.
Coordinate with various departments for scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Handle procurement of office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Support HR and operations in onboarding, attendance, and internal communications.
Manage travel arrangements, bookings, and reimbursements.
Draft official letters, reports, and meeting minutes as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in event coordination and administrative roles.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to handle pressure and work on tight deadlines with professionalism.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
