Our product range includes premium party events, balloon decoration for birthdays & anniversaries, premium helium balloon bouquets, balloon hampers and party activities. Our reporting location is Kadubeesanahalli (ORR).
Role Description
This is an on-site junior role for an event coordinator at Toss the Balloon. The event coordinator will assist in coordinating and managing events onsite, ensuring everything runs smoothly during an event. Traveling within Bengaluru is required and constitutes a major part of the job. The role also involves learning additional skills like decoration, people management, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream.
Technical Requirements
- Basic knowledge of event planning, event management and operations.
- Candidate must be based in Bengaluru.
- Keen eye for key details of events and ensuring smooth execution.
- Knowledge of the gifting industry is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
