Role Description
This is a full-time on-site and off-site role for an Event Client Coordination at The Whiz Lab in Mumbai. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for receiving , attending and follow-up on day-to-day client calls and working on lead to conversion. Lead tracking, follow-up calls, event coordination and cold calling will also be part of the job. You will be required to attend calls over the weekends. If you are working weekends then you can take any other day in the week off. Other tasks include coordinating with vendors, organizing and executing events, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth operations during events. The Event Coordinator will work closely with the event management team and the clients to support the successful execution of events.
Qualifications
Customer service and communication skills
Experience in event planning and management
Strong organization and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Comfort and confidence in working with children (or any past experience working with children) is a plus
Relevant certifications or degree in Event Management or related field is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
