Description
Responsibilities:
✓ Assist in the planning and execution of various company events, including conferences, seminars, webinars, workshops, and team-building activities.
✓ Collaborate with coordinators and managers to develop event strategies, budgets, and timelines.
✓ Assist in identifying and booking venues and equipment rentals.
✓ Help create event schedules and coordinate logistics, ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly.
✓ Support the development of event marketing materials, including flyers, email campaigns, and social media posts. ✓ Participate in outreach efforts to attract attendees and promote events within the IT community.
✓ Maintain accurate event records, including attendee lists, expenses, and feedback.
✓ Prepare and distribute event materials, badges, and documentation.
✓ Coordinate transportation and accommodation arrangements for event speakers or guests when necessary.
✓ Be present on-site during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
✓ Assist with registration, provide information to attendees, and address any on-site issues or inquiries.
✓ Oversee audiovisual and technical setups as needed.
✓ Assist in preparing post-event reports to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
✓ 0-4yrs of Experience required
✓ Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
✓ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✓ Basic knowledge of event management software and tools is a plus.
✓ Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments
