Designation - Event Coordinator
Preferred - Female Candidates only
Salary Budget - upto 22k
Experience - 6 months - 2 years in Events
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sponsorship revenue goals (Sponsorship, Delegates)
• Engaging with clients on the phone, personal meetings, Online, social media, and developing relationships. It includes travel for meetings in the city, region
• Identify and prioritize potential sponsors based on their fit with the organization’s goals and target audience
• Create custom sponsorship proposals and presentations that are tailored to the sponsor’s needs and interests
• Track sponsorship revenue and expenses, providing regular reports to management
Requirement:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
• B2B Corporate Sales
• Consultative Selling Skills
• Entrepreneurial Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Working conditions: BYOD (bring your own device policy) - candidate will be eligible for monthly allowances apart from CTC for using their own assets/ devices.
