Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning & Coordination: Assist in the end-to-end planning of weddings, from conceptualization to execution. Coordinate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations. Maintain detailed event timelines, checklists, and reports.
• Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors for bookings, negotiations, and follow-ups. Ensure all vendor contracts, payments, and deliverables are on track.
• On-Ground Execution: Be actively involved in wedding day management, ensuring all elements are executed as planned. Supervise setup, decor placement, and vendor coordination on-site. Handle any last-minute challenges and troubleshoot effectively.
• Creative & Design Support: Work with the design team on mood boards, layouts, and wedding theme ideation. Assist in the planning and execution of digital creatives such as Save-the-Date, invites, and wedding stationery.
• Budget & Documentation: Maintain budget sheets and ensure cost tracking for assigned projects. Ensure all approvals and payments are completed on time. Document client preferences, decisions, and updates for future reference.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in event management, preferably in weddings. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Highly organized with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
