We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Event Coordinator to manage, plan, and execute weekly events, webinars, and company festivals. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating corporate events, preferably within the IT industry, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful and seamless execution of all events.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Plan and Execute Events: Organize and manage weekly internal and external events, including webinars, seminars, and employee engagement activities.
• Webinar Management: Coordinate and execute virtual webinars for product launches, customer engagement, or thought leadership, ensuring a smooth participant experience.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors (e.g., venues, caterers, equipment suppliers) to secure services and ensure quality standards are met.
• Budgeting: Develop, manage, and track event budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Event Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and ensure strong attendance, using email campaigns, social media, and internal communication channels.
• On-site Event Coordination: Event setup, registration, AV support, and problem-solving to ensure events run smoothly.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure event goals are met.
• Post-Event Reporting: Collect and analyze feedback to assess event success, generate reports, and implement improvements for future events.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all events are in compliance with company policies and manage any potential risks.
Requirements:
• Min. 2-3 years of event coordination experience, preferably in a corporate or IT environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with webinar platforms and event management software.
• Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors.
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
