Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Event Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and follow-up of events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to ensure smooth coordination and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the planning and execution of corporate, internal, and external events.
· Coordinate logistics including venue booking, vendor management, travel arrangements, and on-site support.
· Maintain event timelines, checklists, and budgets.
· Prepare event-related documents, proposals, and presentations using MS Word and PowerPoint.
· Track and manage databases, attendee lists, and reports using Excel.
· Handle email communication, scheduling, and calendar management through Outlook.
· Support marketing and communication efforts related to events (emails, invitations, social media coordination).
· Provide on-ground assistance during events to ensure smooth execution.
· Collect post-event feedback and prepare evaluation reports.
Requirements -
0–2 years of experience in event coordination (internship/fresher experience acceptable).
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
Flexible to travel and work beyond standard office hours during events.
Office Details below:
Working Days : Monday to Friday
Location – Malad (West), Mumbai.
