• Proven expertise in event planning, ensuring each event is delivered on time, within budget, and achieves expected goals.
• Proficiency in customer service, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship management (Mandatory skill).
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to procure services and supplies at competitive rates (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in sales acquisition, identifying potential clients and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
• Lead generation skills to identify new business opportunities and maintain a growing client base (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with vendors, clients, and team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and handle high-stress situations with ease and professionalism.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events of various scales and types, ensuring they meet organizational and client expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and successful event outcomes.
• Develop event concepts and themes that align with client objectives and cultural sensitivities.
• Manage event budgets, prepare financial proposals, and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure cost-effective and high-quality services.
• Generate and nurture leads to expand the existing client base and enhance business growth.
• Deliver exceptional post-event follow-up, including addressing feedback and providing detailed reports to clients.
• Stay updated with the latest event trends and technological advancements to bring innovative ideas into event planning.
