Position Overview
The Administrative Specialist supports the eClinicalWorks events and marketing team by fulfilling administration functions. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, computer skills and customer service. This role will work hybrid from the Ahmedabad or Mumbai offices for the first six months and then be able to shift fully remote.
Responsibilities
• Oversee Event email inbox and respond to client inquiries in a timely fashion.
• Process event registrations, cancellations, waitlists and payments.
• Work with internal Development teams and the Event Team to build and update event websites and event mobile app.
• Oversee financial tracking and payments for assigned events.
• Data entry of registrations, registration tracking, housing confirmation lists, event expenses, and other projects, as assigned.
• Interact with internal event clients, event sponsors, internal and external attendees to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate event logistics to hotels, sponsors and internal stakeholders, as assigned.
• Work with event sponsors to collect their materials prior to an event
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of relevant experience of office administrative experience, Event experience is preferred.
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills

• Exceptional administrative skills, and time management skills – highly organized, detail focused, results-driven, and accountable with the ability to handle high pressure last-minute, urgent requests
• Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service and creativity in problem-solving
• Comfortable learning new software as needed, including internal registration system
• Comfortable speaking within and to groups, as well as with senior-level management
• Proficient with Zoom webinars and Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
• Occasional international travel may be required
