We are looking for an Event Coordinator to manage and coordinate client events in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, with hands-on experience in planning, producing, and promoting both virtual and in-person events.
Job Overview
• Position: Event Coordinator
• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Nearby working area)
• Education: Graduate (Any Stream)
• Languages Required: Hindi and English (Fluency in speaking and writing)
Key Responsibilities
• Manage, coordinate, and handle event budgets effectively.
• Lead the event execution team to ensure smooth operations.
• Build and maintain key relationships with third-party vendors and contractors in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
• Oversee event communications, including branding, online, and offline marketing.
• Prepare event collaterals, evaluate events, and handle profit and loss analysis.
• Respond to incoming inquiries from Jaipur customers and show venues as per availability.
• Convert leads into visits and bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with caterers and decorators to meet client requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with venue owners and other stakeholders.
• Work with the corporate team to ensure the best customer experience.
• Prepare proposals and budgets for events.
• Manage all aspects of pre-event planning.
Requirements
• At least 1+ years’ experience as an Event Coordinator or in a Customer Relationship role in Jaipur.
• Outstanding vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in and English (both written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of Jaipur location to ensure effective communication.
• Strong communication and marketing skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, partner interactions, and venue visits.
• Own vehicle to travel and visit venues around Jaipur.
• Flexibility to work extended hours in the lead-up to events.
