Aplot Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences and will be responsible for planning and executing a range of events, from corporate functions to social gatherings.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute various events, ensuring all details are met and executed according to the client's vision.
Develop event proposals, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all projects remain within scope and budget.
Liaise with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics and communication throughout the event process.
Manage on-site event operations, including setup, coordination, and breakdown activities.
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and assess the success of each event, making recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in event coordination or related roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
