Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each event runs smoothly, from conception to completion. You will collaborate with various teams and vendors to create memorable experiences that meet or exceed client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.Maintain relationships with a network of reliable event service providers.Track expenses and provide regular budget updates to clients and management.Deal with new as well as existing client Achieve Monthly sales Target (B2B SALES)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
