Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility for nights and weekends as required for events
This developmental role is designed to provide a strong foundation for growth within the donor relations team and the events field
Working under the guidance of event staff, you will collaborate with the team to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish
Work under the guidance of event staff to collaborate with vendors on logistics, timelines, and production plans
Assist event staff in arranging vendor services, including contract coordination, payment processing, and service delivery, to ensure smooth operations and high-quality event execution
Coordinate vendor load-in and load-out under the guidance of event staff, ensuring smooth and timely transitions
Assist with onsite registration and check-in procedures
Work alongside event staff to monitor and address any issues that arise before or during events, ensuring smooth operations
Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for vendors, providing clear arrival instructions and setup guidance
Collaborate with event staff to manage all logistics, including transportation, accommodations, parking, valet services, catering, equipment, and space rentals, ensuring flawless event execution

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Candidates with experience in college advancement, such as fundraising, alumni relations, donor stewardship, communications, or related areas that promote institutional growth and engagement, are preferred.
