Event Management Executive
The Role: As a key representative of the company, you will be responsible for planning and executing various events such as media drives, employee meets, dealer conferences, festivals, and special events. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable plans for successful event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop in-depth understanding of client needs and brief internal stakeholders accordingly.
• Execute projects within timeline and budget, ensuring quality control of resources.
• Schedule resources internally and externally as per event specifications.
• Prepare project checklists, timelines, and oversee planning module progress for smooth event execution.
• Work closely with creative teams to ideate and develop ideas according to client requirements.
• Manage small to medium-sized events independently or lead teams to achieve target objectives.

• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
