About the Role:

• Coordinate special auctions and projects that fund our organization's mission

• Manage donation intake, oversee funds collection, and handle post-auction distribution of items

• Represent the department as the front desk and first face of interaction

• Greet guests and assist incoming calls with professionalism and warmth

Requirements:

">

• At least 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant; nonprofit experience is a plus but not required

• Proficiency in Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and high standard of integrity

• Ability to communicate effectively with major donors and guests

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold a professional appearance

• High school diploma or GED required
