Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Delhi, India for an Event Curator- Corporate Events and MICE. The Event Curator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) programs. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their event needs, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, managing event budgets, and ensuring successful event execution. Manage end to end operations of corporate events/shows, stage designing, licensing, ATL / BTL activities ,Product Launch, Award Function, Vendor Negotiation, Arrangements of all type of Branding / Fabrication / Light & sound set-up and Client Servicing. Co-ordination with creative and production team for detailing of event flow and smooth execution. Responsible for all the activities related to an event - Pre Event, During Event and Post Event including promotion/branding. Responsible for smooth functioning of the event without any glitches. Responsible for the entire event operations which includes budget management, vendor management (Costing, Negotiating and Closure), and the event operations from start, end and post show work (billing settlement).
Qualifications
• Event planning and coordination skills
• Experience in managing corporate events and MICE programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and event management software
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
