About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Delegate Lead to drive guesting and sales strategies for high-profile events and conferences. You'll lead a team, manage VIP attendees, and use proven methods to ensure high attendance rates.
What you will deliver:
Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of delegate sales and guesting executives.
• Personally guesting 800+ attendees per event, including VIPs, Government Officials, and C-level executives.
• Create outreach strategies to secure top-tier delegates, and ensure high show-up rates using effective strategies
• Develop strategies to engage high-level attendees, providing a personalized experience
• Grow and maintain a network of VIP and C-suite contacts
• Use data to track progress and adjust strategies for optimal results
• Work closely with production, marketing, and operations teams to align guesting with event goals
• Manage daily outreach KPIs, team targets and reporting metrics to management
Must Haves for the Role:
• 5+ years in delegate guesting or sales for large events (1000+ attendees)
• Experience in handling delegate acquisition teams
• Experience in setting and maintaining delegate strategy
• Proven success in managing VIPs, Government, and C-suite attendees.
• Strong leadership, guesting expertise, and data-driven strategy skills
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities
