Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Delegate Tele Sales. The Event Delegate Tele Sales will be responsible for selling event delegate passes, building relationships with potential attendees, and meeting sales targets. The role will involve making outbound calls to promote events, handling inquiries, and providing information about event programs and benefits.
• Make a high volume of outbound sales calls to potential clients.

• Identify and qualify leads through effective lead generation techniques.
• Conduct data profiling to ensure leads meet our target customer profiles.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
• Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work towards sales targets and deadlines
• Experience in tele sales or events industry is a plus
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
