Who we are looking for:
A driven and imaginative event designer with both conceptual strength and technical skill — someone who lives and breathes design, understands spatial storytelling, and knows how to bring large-format luxury experiences to life.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced, high-standard team working across private, corporate, and high-impact social events. This is not just a drafting role — we want a collaborator who can translate vision into execution and bring layered experiences to life with both beauty and function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Development:
• Create event concepts, floor plans, mood boards, and 3D renderings that align with client briefs and brand aesthetics.
• Technical Drawings:
• Prepare production-ready working drawings and spec sheets using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant 3D tools.
• Project Coordination:
• Work closely with internal teams (creative, floral, production, logistics) to ensure design is feasible within budget, timeline, and spatial constraints.
• On-Site Oversight:
• Be present during major setups to guide vendors, check quality, and ensure execution matches approved design.
Must have Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and at least one 3D rendering software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape)
• A strong design portfolio showcasing large-format event or set designs
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines across multiple projects
• Strong aesthetic eye and knowledge of color, material, and spatial flow
• Team player with clear communication and accountability
• Comfortable with tight deadlines, fast turnarounds, and high-stakes clients
Preferred Work Experience (Bonus):
• Prior work with luxury events, weddings, brand activations, or exhibitions
• Familiarity with fabrication, materials, and production processes
• Understanding of lighting, florals, and styling integration in spatial design
