Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Executive. The Event Executive will be responsible for managing event logistics, coordinating with clients and vendors, creating event timelines and budgets, managing event schedules, supervising event staff, and overseeing event execution from start to finish.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in event management and logistics
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and able to manage event budgets and timelines
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience with event planning software/tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is preferred
