Job Description
• Supports with Event Manager and Sales Team.
• Conducts site inspections and/or entertainment with the organiser as and when required, together with or in the absence of the Sales person.
• Works closely with the Sales and Operational Teams to ensure all guest requirements are met.
• Assists in ensuring all Event Orders are distributed to concerned departments in a timely manner.
• Assists in ensuring deposits/payments from Clients are received at the stipulated dates.
• Assists with the operational team and handle the entire Group first to make sure at the morning briefing, then from arrival, departure, review and cross-sell.
• Spends time in each function/ event to ensure that the function / event is managed well by the Banquet team and functions to the fullest expectation.
• Assists in reviewing all Event Function Orders to ensure all pre-arrangement are made prior to the arrival of the Event’s guests.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with the established clientele and constantly explores into new business opportunities.
• Ensures a high level of exposure for Hotel through direct sales solicitation via telephone, contracts and written communications as well as the procedure and outcome from the event planning actions.

• The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or similar
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an events department
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• High energy, enjoy working under pressure and with a great eye for detail
• Detail oriented and focused
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
