Job Overview:
As an Event Executive at Fiestro Events, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing events from conception to completion. You’ll work closely with clients, vendors, and the internal team to ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor management, timelines, and budgeting.
Liaise with clients to understand their vision and ensure that their needs are met.
Conduct site visits and prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers (e.g., decorators, caterers, performers, etc.).
Monitor event timelines, manage checklists, and ensure all deliverables are on track.
Handle on-ground event operations, including setup, execution, and teardown.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise before or during the event.
Maintain records of event expenses and prepare post-event reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination (experience in wedding or luxury event management preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite; knowledge of event planning software is a plus.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
