Overview

The Event Sales role is crucial to our organization as it directly impacts our revenue and brand image. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving event sales, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the successful planning and execution of events. They will play a key part in promoting our event services and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for events and related services
• Nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to drive event bookings
• Collaborate with the events team to ensure successful planning and execution of events
• Develop and present proposals and quotes to clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Participate in networking and industry events to promote our event services
• Manage and update the CRM system with client interactions and sales progress
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts

• Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events or hospitality industry
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of event planning and logistics
• Understanding of market trends and customer preferences
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:
Gear Guardian: You are responsible for transporting, setting up, and dismantling the photo booth equipment. Your role ensures that everything starts and ends perfectly.
Booth Magician: Transform any space into a vibrant hub of excitement. Your skill in setting up our photobooths will be crucial to creating an engaging environment.
Joy Spreader: With your infectious energy, you will be the life of the party, encouraging guests to enjoy the photobooth experience to the fullest by using props and striking poses.
Tech Guru: Manage and troubleshoot our state-of-the-art photobooth technology to ensure a seamless experience throughout the event.
