Job Description
• Provide sales and administrative support for assigned events.
• Events management and operations including pre-event preparation, on-site execution, and post event closing.
• Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
• Handle client enquiries and requests
• Ensure the projects are implemented according to client’s expectation.
• Liaise with clients on project requirements and design concepts for events or exhibition.
• Generate ideas and concepts with team members.
• Liaise with in-house and client’s designers on 2D/3D visual design proposals, submission and approval.
• Prepare proposal and quotation, generate budget, and cost analysis upon completion of projects.
• Conduct site inspections and survey.
• Coordinate with event venues operator on set-up and logistic arrangements.
• Events logistics planning with internal & external team members for setup and tear down.
• Manage timeline, production and setup schedules.
• Coordinating with external vendors for audio, video and lightings setup.
• Submission of risk assessments and permits and ensure safety requirements at event venues.
• Administrative duties and manage other matters as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree/Diploma in events management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in MICE/Event Management industry.
• Good business acumen skills with the ability to execute budget and costing analysis in developing appropriate pricing strategies to identify opportunities and evaluate potential outcomes.
• Attention to details.
• Possess technical knowledge in conceptual design drawing, floor plan, furniture, material, and finishing will be an added advantage.
• Able to read construction drawings and visualise 2D/3D design presentations.
• Good team player.
• Outgoing personality.
• Dynamic, resourceful, and ambitious.
• Love to interact with clients and vendors.
• Strong work ethic, responsible, meticulous.
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
