Responsibilities:
1. To drive the performance in the department
2. Ensure smooth functioning of the department.
3. Ensure adherence to SOPs in the department.
4. Act as a mentor to the team and guide the team to deliver optimum productivity.
5. New Business Development for Events Department
6. Ensure 100% Target Achievement in the Department
KRA’s
Events & Exhibitions Department:
1. Conceptualize and prepare creative proposals customized to individual client's needs and requirements.
2. Develop & maintain client relations.
3. Managing supplier / Vendor relationships.
4. Budget management – plan to the budget
5. Coordinate facilities requirements, function orders and logistics
6. Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to team
7. Manage project budgets and quotations.
8. Work closely with the members of your team and other divisions to collectively produce a successful event.
