About IIFFCA FEDERATION The Indo International Film Foundation of Culture and Arts (IIFFCA FEDERATION) is a Section 8, non-profit organization established to promote cinema, arts, and cultural development through structured film festivals, workshops, masterclasses, and creative capacity-building initiatives. The Federation is committed to developing organized film and television methodologies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support the upliftment, preservation, and professional growth of Rajasthani Arts, Culture, and Cinema, in alignment with national cultural development objectives.
Role Overview
The Event Head (Volunteer) will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing IIFFCA FEDERATION’s film workshops, celebrity masterclasses, and cultural programs. This position directly contributes to cultural promotion, skill development, and professional exposure within the creative and performing arts ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and implement workshops, masterclasses, and cultural programs Coordinate venue arrangements, logistics, artists, and technical requirements. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and event documentation in accordance with organizational standards Support sponsor, partner, and institutional coordination for approved programs. Supervise volunteer teams and ensure timely and compliant execution Prepare post-event reports, impact assessments, and outcome documentation
Eligibility & Engagement Requirements
Demonstrated leadership, coordination, and organizational abilities Prior experience in event or cultural program management preferred Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Commitment to arts, culture, and public-interest initiatives Minimum engagement period of three (3) months) Access to a laptop and personal vehicle preferred for field coordination.
Recognition & Certification
Based on performance and successful completion of responsibilities, volunteers will receive: Certificate of Recognition from IIFFCA FEDERATION Letter of Offer / Experience Letter for professional and institutional reference
