Role Description
This is a temporary, on-site role for an Event Host on February 08, based in Kochi. The Event Host will facilitate and manage event activities, engage with attendees, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities may also include assisting with event setup and breakdown, managing event schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience for participants and stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with attendees and team members
• Customer service skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience
• Training skills to instruct and guide participants or event staff effectively
• Knowledge or experience in food & beverage services
• Basic sales ability to promote event-specific offerings or experiences
• Adaptability, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in event management or related fields is a plus
