Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with hotels and other accommodation providers to secure suitable accommodations for events
- Handling all the bookings - from stay and conference rooms to lunches and dinners for our planned events
- Negotiate rates and contracts with hotels and vendors for accommodations and related services
- Manage hotel reservations and cancellations for event attendees
- Coordinate transportation for event attendees between hotels and event venues
• Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event management, or related field
- At least three years of experience in hotel coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in using hotel reservation systems and other related software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Other Requirements:
- Salary as per industry standards
- Full-time position - work from the office
- Should be proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi
