1. Develop comprehensive event strategies aligning with the company's objectives and brand identity.
2. Led the planning and execution of all company events, including but not limited to product launches, trade shows, conferences, seminars, and customer engagement activities.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and design, to ensure seamless event coordination and execution.
4. Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and oversee logistical details such as venue selection, catering, AV equipment, and transportation.
5. Create compelling event concepts and experiences that resonate with target audiences and drive brand awareness and engagement.
6. Work closely with external partners, agencies, and sponsors to maximise the impact and reach of events.
7. Coordinate pre-event promotion and marketing efforts to drive attendance and generate excitement among attendees.
8. Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, registration, guest management, and troubleshooting issues.
