Job Description: The Training Coordinator will support the delivery of training programs, working closely with internal stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and evaluate these events. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate training events, including selecting venues, arranging catering, and booking audio-visual equipment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Collect and analyze program data to inform future training initiatives.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials, including brochures, posters, and social media content.
Requirements:
• Education: A degree in Education or a related field is required.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a training or education setting.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data management tools.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, flexible, solution-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities with a positive and professional attitude.
