Qualifications And Skills
Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in event management or related fields
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of event management software and tools
Understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, and English languages
Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of company events, including budgeting, venue selection, logistics, and catering
