With 9-13 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in process management, process improvement, and business process reengineering. Your expertise in IT Service Management, especially in Incident and Problem Management, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience will be invaluable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your in-depth understanding of Event, Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes to enhance service delivery.
- Lead teams effectively by leveraging your ITSM expertise and strong background in Service Management framework.
- Ensure ITIL v3 Foundation certification and preferably ITIL v3 Practitioner or ITIL v4 Foundation certification are maintained.
- Proficiency in end-to-end process mapping and practical experience using ServiceNow as the primary platform.
- Build positive relationships with teams and stakeholders through strong presentation and communication skills.
- Manage vendors efficiently, define and monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Apply your analytical ability to analyze information, identify critical issues, and provide practical solutions based on sound judgment.
