We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Event Management Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for pitching and onboarding fresh clients, servicing existing clients, and leading ideation sessions based on client briefs.
You will collaborate with internal teams to develop events and activations that meet client objectives and budget constraints. Your primary point of contact for clients throughout the event management process, from initial meetings to event execution.
Key responsibilities include ensuring 100% familiarity with company credentials, managing operational and administrative functions, delivering presentations, and assisting in preparing costing and closure reports.
You will also research and share innovative campaigns within the market with the client servicing team to inspire and enhance service offerings.
Please note that being on site at all times during and before an event/activation is required to ensure understanding of technical equipment and fabrication part of the event/activation.
A post-mortem report preparation after every event/activation with concerned departments is also required.
