Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Management Executive based in Mumbai. The Event Management Executive will be responsible for planning and executing events, coordinating with clients and vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring event logistics are handled efficiently. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand their requirements, sourcing and negotiating with vendors, coordinating with internal teams, and overseeing event setup and execution to ensure seamless operation.
Qualifications
• Event planning, executing and logistic skills
• Vendor management and negotiation skills
• Client coordination and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in budget management
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in event management or a related role is preferred
