💼 Role Overview
As a Birthday Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling birthday-related
enquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and coordinating with internal
teams to ensure smooth execution of celebrations. This is an in-office role focused on
sales, customer communication, and planning support.
🗝️ Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound birthday and celebration enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Convert leads into confirmed birthday bookings
Explain party packages, pricing, and customisation options to customers
Coordinate with the operations and hosting team for smooth event execution
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings
Achieve monthly sales targets related to birthday bookings
Provide a smooth and professional customer experience from enquiry to confirmation
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
● 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or event-related roles
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Comfortable speaking with customers and handling objections
● Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
● Prior experience in hospitality, events, or inside sales is a plus
💸 Compensation
● CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum
● Performance-based incentives may apply
