We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic college interns with prior experience in organizing college fests or large-scale events to assist in planning and executing an exclusive educational festival.
Responsibilities:
Assist in event planning, logistics, and coordination
Manage vendor & artist coordination (e.g., workshop facilitators, performers)
Help execute promotional & engagement activities (online & offline)
Oversee on-ground event setup & audience management
Work with the team to ensure a smooth event flow
Support social media and content creation efforts for pre-event promotions
