Title: Event manager / analyst Intern
Objective:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Event Manager Intern to assist with the planning, execution, and analysis of our upcoming events. As an Event Manager Intern, you will work closely with our branding team and other team members to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of our events and thereby analyze and make learnings to ensure improved branding with every other event.
• Scout for big events happening in the Delhi and Delhi NCR, with the goal to undertake at least 1 event every week (eg marathons, concerts, farmer markets) and build long term relationships with poc
• Assist with the planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, negotiation, menu designing, and staff and logistics management.
• Assist with the development of event marketing materials, including on-ground brand visibility and social media promotions.
• Provide on-site support during events, including overseeing event setup, managing POC and attendee relations, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting, including analyzing event data, gathering attendee feedback, and making recommendations for future events.
• Collect feedbacks from customers in a structured manner
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience of handling events in the past
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in food and hospitality sector, marketing, branding is a plus
